Some people simply aren’t great at using dating apps like Tinder and Grindr. Other individuals, at the same time, is unbelievable, amazing failures—like the chap whom made an effort to pass down some body else’s photos as his very own, only to get caught by the specific guy he was wanting to impersonate. Awkward.
Jack Kennedy is the young buck whose photos were appropriated by a catfisher on Grindr in a hollow effort to digitally flirt, unwittingly sending images of Kennedy to Kennedy himself. The guy uploaded the relationships on Tumblr, and they’ve since racked up-over 50,000 records.
Kennedy could be the tangerine bubbles, the catfish azure.
Kennedy initial reacted with “Mhm?” because the guy believed these people were asking if image was him—he does not have actually a profile picture on their Grindr membership, because he views himself a lot more of a lurker and doesn’t use the application commonly. (Though he had been sending copped photo, the impostor’s profile photo was actually really blank like Kennedy’s, but overflowing in with stats: 18 years old, thin, solitary, and 140 lbs.)
